REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY

Please take a moment to review Vanshbill Collection's Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of this site and helps you understand our practices.

If you notice charges on your credit or debit card for purchases or services availed on our site, but you don't recall making them or signing up, please first check with family members or business colleagues who might be authorized to make payments on your behalf. If you still can't recognize the charge, it's crucial to report the unauthorized purchase to your bank within 30 days of the transaction. This allows Vanshbill Collection to initiate an investigation.

Once an amount is debited from your credit/debit card or bank account and the corresponding value is reflected in your Vanshbill Collection ID, we do not allow cancellations or refunds for such transactions. However, if you complete a transaction on the Vanshbill Collection Platform, and money is debited from your card or bank account but the value isn't reflected in your ID within 24 hours, please inform us immediately. You can do this by sending an email to our support email address, which is listed on our 'Contact Us' page. In your email, please include the transaction value, transaction date, and the request number.

If our investigation confirms that money was debited from your credit/debit card or bank account without the corresponding value being credited to your Vanshbill Collection ID, we will refund the money to you within 21 working days from the date we receive your email. All refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used for the transaction.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@vanshbill.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, 250 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
